Unfortunately the rep Joyce that came out for the consultation was excellent. But there's been no response from the company of an estimate on the repair or replacement of my roof it's been little more than week. Ii I couldn't recommend them.

An appointment was made for them to take a look at my roof. They called me during the timeframe they were supposed to be here to tell me that they do not have a ladder tall enough and it would save them some time if I have one. I told them I do not have one. I was asked when do I plan to do repairs if they come to do an estimate today? I said within the week and I was told they are very busy and basically saying it’s a waste of time for them to go back and get the ladder to take a look meaning they wanted to do it the same day. I have different companies stopping by to give me an estimate. I’ve spent enough money already rushing into finding someone. That was completely unprofessional and I will never use this company again.
