- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually do the work on a time plus material basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the customer and go over the work they want done. I then give them an estimate as to how much time it will take to get the work done. If I do the work that day I will start immediately or we will discuss a time in the future for me to do the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of the things I have learned about my profession I have learned by doing them.
