My boyfriend and I had a BLAST cooking with Stacie! She showed us two different ways to make hollandaise and béarnaise and both were DELICIOUS! Stacie was wonderful about working with our schedules to arrange a time that worked for everyone. We enjoyed her personality and we both learned so much from her. This private class was a gift for my boyfriend's birthday and he absolutely LOVED it!! I highly recommend her private cooking classes as a gift for the chef in your life or just because! Thank you Stacie! We hope to see you again soon!

We had given my brother and sister-in-law a cooking class for Christmas for the four of us to enjoy together. Staci came over incredibly prepared to show us how to cook a three course meal. From the homemade crackers, to the duck entrée, and a chocolate flourless cake for desert....it was all FANTASTIC! Staci came right to my brothers house and just fit right in with the family from the moment she walked in. We had a wonderful eve o g and enjoyed all the dishes we made. We look forward to working g with Staci again in the future! Thank you!!!

I have experienced Stacey's cupcakes, I believe they were vegan, even. And they were delicious. With her eye for precision, and artistic flare, I would recommend her for any kind of event.
