From the minute things began, Erin and her assistant knew exactly the right balance of everything. From how much to step in and direct shots, to how much to be unobtrusive. They were always putting our needs first within the very difficult job of capturing those very precious wedding moments as they happen. Many photographers can display their wedding portfolios online but you cannot gauge their personal style of working with you. Erin is someone who cares about you as the bride and groom who within their special day are also dealing with so much going on. You can tell she loves what she does and is extremely good at it. Plus she’s just a wonderful person and you will be glad she’s covering your special day and all the important people in it. I will be sure to call her to shoot the other important events in our lives that are coming up! Thank you for everything, Erin!

Erin was amazing on my day. May 15 2021. She was punctual professional and very funny with a sense of humor we both enjoyed. She knew what style of photography we wanted and she delivered. We received over 600 shots in 4 days so YES she DELIVERS and we were in awe of what we saw. I just cant stop looking at them. She photographs EVERYTHING very DETAILED its AMAZING.Her assistant was also very comforting and amazing as well. Her shots was truly amazing. She was amazing at keeping my FH calm from anxiety and nervousness as I arrived. She talked us through and controlled the situation PERFECTLY. She captured my fiance's reaction to me which was extremely important and we could not have happier. I've shared a few photos of the hundreds we loved just to give examples Thanks Erin From Mr and Mrs Catterson.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our listed base rates are listed at an Exclusive discounted rate just for Thumbtack clients. Our packages on this site are not eligible for any other discounts or offers. Please review the official Erin Summer Studios website for additional packages, pricing and upgrades.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
How to book us. 1. You receive our Thumbtack quote 2. We setup your consultation and discuss the details 3. You receive the contract, invoice. 4. For events you pay the non-refundable retainer fee to reserve the date. All events are to be paid in full 30 days prior to the event. Workflow 1. We have a virtual or phone conference to discuss the details of your event. 2. You sign the contract and pay amount due to validate the contract. 3. We prefer to contact your vendors including your venue to provide necessary insurance certificates, itineraries and any behind the scenes details essential to your event. 4. We then cover all aspects of your event/session specific to your contract. 5. We then do basic editing on the images such as color, exposure and cropping. Editing averages from 30-90 days. 6. Images are then uploaded to your personal virtual gallery. Images are available to share and to order prints. 7. Once you select your favorites, we then create prints, albums, etc. according to what is included in your package and then ship them right to you. Albums and prints vary in time from production to shipping. Prints usually take a few weeks, whereas albums can take as much as 90 days once the design has been approved by you.
