I worked with Aerial LandSurveying to complete a topographic survey of my property for an engineering project. They came in with a highly competitive quote and the quickest time to deliver the survey. They provided a tracking system so I could see what stage the project was at. Everything that was explained over the phone in terms of timing was delivered, all on schedule. Very happy with my experience and would definitely use again.

Oh, I LOVED working with Aerial LandSurveying! The staff who came onsite were incredibly thorough, and the cost to have both the physical property surveying/marking and the drone survey done was unbelievably reasonable, considering all the time and care the gentlemen took. Nick and the staff are TRULY amazing and I'll be recommending them to anyone who needs an updated survey done. I only wish I had more properties for them to survey!!! What a truly wonderful experience.

Thee worst experience I’ve ever had. They did not show up to 2 scheduled site visits and did not even bother to inform me, only to show up randomly while I’m at work days later. ZERO communication from them I mean ZERO. The survey had egregious errors to which I requested to speak with them about only the phone only to be emailed randomly they are not going to because they are confident in the survey. Spoke with Jim about Nick who never would call. This is over a month of requesting a call. I went ahead and filed survey and wouldn’t you know it, the city rejected it because my home is 2.5 stories not 2 as Nick’s survey he was so confident was correct stated. That’s just one error. Do not hire these people.

I can't recommend this company highly enough. They did both an aerial and physical survey of my property. They actually returned to ensure that their measurements were 100% accurate. What a terrific bunch of guys! The aerial aspect of the survey is what sold me. They have a fan for LIFE! The cost was really reasonable for the detail they did and the survey is amazing! I wanted to update the survey that the house had from 1960 (!). Now I know all the invasive shrubs are actually on my property line and I can irradicate them. Yay! SUCH a great company!!!

We only require the property address, your contact information and the scope of work (i.e. need a survey for purchasing a new home, or need boundary line and property corners marked out for a fence installation).
