Servicemen came on time. They efficiently did the Demo and Installation of new elements of our new HVAC system. They worked neatly and cleaned up Gary tested the heat and AC and accepted my Credit Card. Job well done

I called several different plumbers and heating specialists on Long Island, and Retro were the only ones who could show up the next day to address a leak in my tankless water heater. It was clear John was experienced and knew what he was talking about - he even got on the phone with Navien to see what he could get out of an expired warranty. They ended up needing to replace the heater, and were able to do it the same day which I thought was amazing. They were knowledgeable, reasonably priced and communicative. 10/10 would recommend and I'd definitely call them in the future. Really great service all around and I very rarely write public reviews
