I gave this company all my information, multiple pictures that were requested from different angles, and I was told a project specialist would get back to me and they never did. I repeatly asked, before giving out my information, if they were willing to take on this job because it wasn't a major reno, and it was like pulling teeth to get an answer. I ended up getting it repaired by someone else.
