Zavza Seal came to add soundproofing insulation to the parlor floor of my Brooklyn brownstone. They did a great job and were very responsive - they wanted to do the best job and succeeded.

I had an excellent experience with the waterproofing and insulation services provided by this company. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, they demonstrated professionalism and expertise that truly deserves a 5-star rating. The team was punctual, courteous, and efficient in addressing our waterproofing needs. The insulation they installed has made a noticeable difference in our home's comfort and energy efficiency. I highly recommend this company for their top-notch work and outstanding customer service. They have exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

I used this company after reviewing their feedback, and I wasnt disappointed! Austin and Jake took my old crawl space in my 200+ year old house and transformed it with vapor barrier and insulation, repaired my foundation that was leaking, and replaced my old stick on a brick beam supports with new lally columns. I think were set for 200 more years now :). I can already feel the difference in the humidity in my cellar. Recommended!

I gave this company all my information, multiple pictures that were requested from different angles, and I was told a project specialist would get back to me and they never did. I repeatly asked, before giving out my information, if they were willing to take on this job because it wasn't a major reno, and it was like pulling teeth to get an answer. I ended up getting it repaired by someone else.
