Scheduled a consultation and a week passes and no quote. I followed up twice and I was not given a price for work. Never worked with a company that didn’t provide a quote within a few days, if not the very next day. I guess they don’t want business.

I gave this company all my information, multiple pictures that were requested from different angles, and I was told a project specialist would get back to me and they never did. I repeatly asked, before giving out my information, if they were willing to take on this job because it wasn't a major reno, and it was like pulling teeth to get an answer. I ended up getting it repaired by someone else.
