I reached out to Tropicool regarding my AC unit and to get an evaluation on my duct work. Tropicool responded to my request on the Thumbtack platform fairly quickly and had also scheduled an appointment following the call which was great. Carlos, The tech that was sent was very detailed when preforming the evaluation and advising what the problem was and the next steps to take. He was very professional and Honest. I also like the fact that they didn’t charge for the home visit or free estimates which can be pretty costly with other companies. I would definitely recommend to future customers.
