He recommended one mini-split in the basement and an expansion of the ductwork in the attic. He was confident and reassuring, and after seeing us bundled up, told us we’d be warm again.
Isaiah showed up on time with his team, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless. He stands behind his work with a warranty and even plans to check back in a few months. We’ve had low single-digit temperatures since, and his work has been battle-tested and proven. For the first time, I can comfortably wear a T-shirt at home.
He also checked my hot water tank and, instead of pushing a replacement, told me it still has good years left.
