After spending literally hours with tech guys setting up our office printers, networks and doing other computer troubleshooting, Russ was a breath of fresh air. Our first experience involved hooking up a network printer. The prior tech took 2-3 hours to run through all the hook-ups and diagnostics. It took Russ about 30 minutes. Later, our system was infected with both the Vundo (root kit) virus as well as other malware. Russ did all the troubleshooting via remote hook-up and cured the problem in about an hour. In each case, very technical and necessary work was done for less than $100. Russ never leaves a job partially done -- He always does that extra check to not only make sure everything is operating properly but that it will continue to work smoothly in the future. We give Russ major thumbs up and will continue to use him (and to recommend him) with great appreciation and respect.

Has been very helpful, and professional. If you have a problem he is Johnny -on-the-spot, and does a good job. He is also willing to help out on the phone without making a house call. I have recommended him to many friends.

I have used Russ for several jobs over the years and found him to be patient, thorough, and knowledgeable with regard to PCs and associated software and programs. Once I called him because my laptop wasn't working, and he talked me through a simple switch that was not turned on in the unit and saved a billable trip for me.
