Alex did an amazing job getting rid of the rodent in our house. He was very professional and explained the whole process to us. He ensured that the issue was resolved. I would highly recommend him and his company.

Updated review: 10/10 recommend. Not only did the owner take the time to read my review and understand why my I left the review I did; he gave me a full refund. I’m not giving a 5 star review because I got all my money back but because of the attention the owner has. He took the time to reach out to me and provide a full explanation on why and how his service works. This is a company who cares about their customers and not just money.

Overall a good company. Knowledgeable and fast working but I do feel as if I wasted money on something that didn’t work. The traps set were not for the animals that needed to get trapped. The animals would go in and come right back out without getting trapped. I was refunded a very small amount compared to what I paid; due to them not being able to help me. No fault of my own but definitely still a good company.

Details: Raccoons • Animal trapping and removal • 3-5 animals • Yard • Animal waste • Animal odor • 2,000 - 3,000 sq ft • Owner

I was completely bailed me out. I had a dead animal in the shed and I reached out on Thumbtack and he showed up that same afternoon, removed the animal and cleaned the area. I was relieved to have same day service and the situation remedied immediately.

"If you have a pest problem, call Alex. We were dealing with a squirrel infestation (5 of them!) in our attic, and he took care of it efficiently. He was very respectful of our home and kept us informed throughout the process. Truly a professional and reliable service. I’d give him 10 stars if I could!"

Alex is super helpful. Explained everything clearly, got the work done, and educated us on follow ups we could do for the house, even for other risks he spoted for the house.
