Hello Laurie, I want to respectfully respond because your review does not reflect the full situation. The contracted work was completed in full. The misunderstanding was regarding the removed flooring debris. As is standard practice, the material was removed and placed outside for disposal, since the agreement did not include hauling debris away from the property. When you held back $200, I explained there was no reason to withhold payment because the agreed work had already been completed. Even so, I still offered to return the next day to help further as a courtesy. When I returned communication, I was later met with this negative review, despite my continued willingness to assist. Most importantly, even after the review was posted, you contacted me again asking for help with another flooring issue, and I still responded professionally and agreed to help. That alone shows I have always tried to act in good faith and support my customers, even when treated unfairly. I stand behind the work completed and always try to resolve misunderstandings respectfully. I only ask that reviews be fair and include the full context of what truly happened.
