Douglas has been absolutely amazing! I recently reached out to him to help fix my sprinkler timer that I was having issues with and replace some sprinkler heads. The guy I had taking care of my sprinklers previously was unreliable and stopped answering my texts. Douglas was extremely quick to answer and come to my house to look at my timer which would not turn on the sprinklers. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and provide a temporary fix and gave me good advice on cost effective ways to upgrade my timer which was outdated for a permanent solution to my problem. He was obviously very knowledgeable and I trusted him to also replace about 6 heads on my property that were damaged. He did an excellent job and did the work very fast. I even had a pretty big leak from what I thought was just a broken head, but turned out to be a bad valve which he also replaced for me same day, doing all the work at a very reasonable and fair price. He will be taking care of everything related to my sprinkler system going forward. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, trust worthy, and fair priced professional for your sprinkler maintenance and fixes, Douglas is the man to go to!

Two words: Hire Them! They did a fantastic job getting my sprinkler system working like new, were very responsive and even came on Sunday when our originally scheduled day was rained out. Couldn’t be more pleased with Douglas and crew. Dime is now my go to company!
