Jon Deva is a knowledgable and excellent teacher. I have learned many new and exciting techniques and practices that are helping me become stronger. Not just physically stronger, but my body, mind and soul have become stronger and healthier. His teaching methods are clear and concise. He teaches you the proper way to train from the beginning and explains why other ways are ineffective and counterproductive. I'm very grateful that I found an amazing teacher.
