- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $75/hour. If I need additional help or materials, there will be additional charges. I will discuss that in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin the process with a brief call to discuss the project. Depending on the scope of work, we can schedule a consultation in-person or video to establish a plan, overall design goals, and next steps. I then provide mood boards to finalize a design theme. Once this is approved, we can move on to furniture, fixture, equipment, paint selection. I have designer discounts at many retailers and pass them along to the customer. I can assist with final orders, returns, set up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years in the real estate/home staging business. Since 2014, I have designed and flipped 6 spec homes. I also have a lot of experience setting up homes for short term rentals. I am certified in interior design and 3D visualisation.
