FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since every project is unique and different, we do not have a standard pricing system. We strive to work with our clients to provide the best possible service within their budget (whatever that may be).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new client is setting up an initial meeting in a neutral place (think of places like coffee shops, mmm java!) to go over the scope of the project. The client will bring whatever necessary materials needed to the meeting so that we can better understand the needs of the project (ie photo needing restoration, "Pinspiration", etc.) After the initial meeting, if everyone agrees to move forward, then a contract outlining the specific scope and expectations of the project will begin to be drafted. We will then work with the client to come to a solution that best fits the needs of everyone's time and money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a graduate from Rochester Institute of Technology's photo/design program, Visual Media, I am fully equipped to handle anything! My professional working experience as a full-time photographer and designer continues my creative education on a daily basis. All the latest software technology and equipment is available for use from Adobe Creative Cloud to professional imaging and printing services.
