Jeff did an incredible job washing our house. It is a large white Victorian farmhouse and I didn’t think it could ever look this clean. The weather was very cold and less than desirable for outdoor work but Jeff came anyways. He explained the process he uses to ensure the best result all while not damaging any part of my house. We didn’t have to remove screens. He was even able to remove mold and tough stains. Jeff is knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and provides exceptional guest service.

Jeff did a great job cleaning my gutters and wash my siding. I had a piece of siding fell off from the wind and was not able to install it back on so Jeff took care of that for me (thank you!). I can see that he was very thorough and takes pride with in work. He explained the process how he does things based on the type of siding. I had my siding washed in the past, so I didn't think I was expecting certain area of the siding to ever looks white again until now. I would recommend Jeff for the job and definately call on him again in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Reasonably priced, amazing results! Additional cleaning services such as gutters (interior), deck, patio, fence, sidewalk, garage etc. are discounted when bundled with a house-wash. Senior or military discounts apply. Note: Square footage of home may not reflect actual surface cleaning area (garage, porches, vault ceilings etc..) Please call ahead for a free estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A professional consultation is always free. I can typically bid the project by viewing the property online. I am happy to answer any of your questions with a quick phone call. A quote is given and an appointment is scheduled. A call will be placed before arrival to confirm arrival time and serve as a reminder to tightly seal up windows/doors and move vehicles away from the home. Before the house-wash begins, I like to perform a walk-around with the customer. This allows us to look for troubled areas, as well as hazards, and to establish clear expectations. The house-wash is completed, and the customer is extremely happy!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certifications in Soft-Wash, Water Remediation, and Applied Structural drying.
