Jeff was great. He responded quickly to my request for an estimate and was able to accommodate a guttercleaning for me. He also assisted with helping to tighten some screws/bolts that were lose on the gutters.
We already have him locked in for a fall cleaning as well!

I would like to leave a review. I contacted this company 3 weeks ago to clean my gutters. He responded back within 30 minutes. He gave me a price which was very reasonable for me as a new home owner. He came introduce himself on time very punctual. He told me what he will be doing. After the work he explained in detail the findings and recommendation.Very pleasant person to work with. He wasn't trying to get any more money out of you that wasn't needed. I have a new gutter guy and power washer guy as well. continue to do a good job. You have a customer for life. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Reasonably priced, amazing results! Additional cleaning services such as gutters (interior), deck, patio, fence, sidewalk, garage etc. are discounted when bundled with a house-wash. Senior or military discounts apply.
Note: Square footage of home may not reflect actual surface cleaning area (garage, porches, vault ceilings etc..) Please call ahead for a free estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A professional consultation is always free. I can typically bid the project by viewing the property online. I am happy to answer any of your questions with a quick phone call. A quote is given and an appointment is scheduled. A call will be placed before arrival to confirm arrival time and serve as a reminder to tightly seal up windows/doors and move vehicles away from the home. Before the house-wash begins, I like to perform a walk-around with the customer. This allows us to look for troubled areas, as well as hazards, and to establish clear expectations. The house-wash is completed, and the customer is extremely happy!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certifications in Soft-Wash, Water Remediation, and Applied Structural drying.
