- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$80/hr per bartender for up to 100 guests (straws/stirrers, napkins, picks, tools, menu display, menu consultations, limes, lemons, cherries, candied ginger, bitters, drinkware, ice, coolers, portable bar) (additional bartender is $50/hr) Packages/Add-ons: 1. $150 per 100 guests (up to 4 hours) Basic Stocked Bar: juices (orange, lime, lemon, cranberry), cola, ginerale, simple syrup grenadine, mint, olives, flat/sparkling/infused water + one specialty self-serve lemonade. 2. $350 (flat fee) Mimosa Bar: 2 mimosa options, champagne tower set up, dry ice - this includes all non alcoholic ingredients 3. $350/hr per 100 guests (up to 4 hours) Signature Bar: fresh juices (orange, lime, lemon, grapefruit), cranberry juice, pineapple juice, simple syrup, mint, olives, coca cola, gingerbeer, ginger ale, sprite, + 1 specialty self-serve lemonade (choose from menu), flat/sparkling/infused water, coconut water, + 2 signature drinks (from menu or created) 4. $400/hr per 100 guests (up to 4 hours) Cocktail Display Bar: fresh juices (orange, lime, lemon, grapefruit), cranberry juice, pineapple juice, simple syrup, mint, olives, coca cola, gingerbeer, ginger ale, sprite, + 1 specialty self-serve lemonade (choose from menu), flat/sparkling/infused water, coconut water, + 3 signature drinks (from menu or created) set up in a beautiful grab and go display for your guests. 5. A la Carte (from menu) *We provide everything except Alcohol
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are always upfront about all our pricing and package provisions from the get-go so you can decide if we're a good fit for you. Once you've decided to move forward with our services, let us know which package you'd like to book, or what your drink/bar needs are (just need a bartender with the basics, need the bar stocked as well, etc.). We'll send over an initial contract/invoice where you can make your 50% deposit (fully refundable up to 24 hrs prior to your event) to confirm and hold your booking. If you're getting fancy with the bar, we'll set up a phone consultation to get a feel for your vision and tastes before designing a menu/bar set-up for your event. Once we've settled on menu and set up, we'll send over a list to help with the liquor shopping. All parties don't necessarily fit into a package, we understand that. We're happy to tailor to suit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nine years of experience in the hospitality industry, six behind the bar. I received my bar training in Barcelona (where I got to experience some of the best bars in the world!). Still learning and discovering every day while working behind the bar regularly at establishments in Queens, NY.
