I always felt I wanted to bridge the gap between management and the union. With the proper advisement you can avoid many of the issue that plague the daily operation of your property, if you are truly willing to listen.

As a customer, I want a consultant who has real life experience in this field. This field involves more than what a person can learn academically. You need someone who is from " the trenches" so to speak. The books can't teach you how to deal with many of these issues. You want someone who has walked the walk.
