We owned a 2 unit with commercial space in the Bronx and needed both units to be renovated and commercial space white boxed before selling. Boro & Nest handled improvements like renovated kitchens, new sheet rock and skim coated walls, bathroom, new roof and cosmetic upgrades ( paint, repairs, flooring touch-ups, fixtures, and punch lists) with a clear scope and steady progress updates. Both apartments showed significantly better, and the work was done fast enough to stay on our listing timeline.
