- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultations are free, discounts possible when multiple phases are involved. No hidden fees! All prices are discussed during projects assessment. Unless client asks for additional work outside of agreed work-scope, all prices are final.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Consultation 2. Assess work scope 3. Agree on price and day to begin work. 4. Confirm with client and begin work on agreed day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been through apprenticeship as well as hands on training and over 20 years as a lead carpenter.
