- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call fee is $89, but we will apply this fee towards the cost of your repair if you choose to proceed. We also offer Regular Customer Discount to our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To schedule an appointment with a new customer we ask for the customer's service address, and full name. After a diagnostic of a system or a free estimation service, we provide customers with our estimates (usually within the same day).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians are certified and licensed.
