Joey was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! He arrived right on time, and started by putting covers over his boots to keep my floors clean. There were some hiccups along the way, but he was incredibly well prepared and always had the tools and accessories to make it work. He went above and beyond what I expected. I would hire him again, and would definitely recommend.

Joey was professional, punctual and hard working! He did a great job on my crawl space. He was thorough, even came back once the weather warmed up to paint and put a new door on. His price was reasonable and he gave a written estimate and stuck with the price! I highly recommend him!

We asked Joey to clean up the dryer and its vent for me. He did an excellent job. He not only snaked the vent, opened up the machine and vacuumed the inside, but also vacuumed the floor, and wiped the floor and the door of the laundry room. He was careful to use different cloths to wipe different parts. In a nutshell, he left with our laundry room clean and tidy. We highly recommend Joey.

Joe was phenomenal. He literally came seven days a week 10 hours a day (yes Sunday’s). Always on time at 8 AM. I never had to worry if he was actually coming or not and it just made things so much less stressful because he was so easy to work with. Great work quality and fast! Very neat and clean can’t wait to have another project to hire him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different although some of the core work to be done can be the same in many of the projects you might be considering at your home or business. Site conditions, accessibility, material selections, and overall scope of work are often factors that can affect the final price of most projects making it difficult to have a "standard price". I do offer a free inspection and written estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask for address and phone number and then we schedule a date and time for a free estimate, if agreed to the price of the estimate we write up a proposal and we send it to you by email or mail. We ask to make a deposit in order to schedule the job, and once the deposit is made we start providing with the service.
