Started off mostly professional with communication and being on time for her appointment, however there is a serious issue here with communication once you are working with her. Unfortunately even after showing her many pictures and also verbally telling her several things, she was not able to properly do my eye shadow. We wasted 45 minutes of the 90 minutes we had on eye brows and eye shadow and they were done incorrectly. Also, she does not have a variety in colors to even accommodate actual pink colors. I was looking for a pink faded into golden eye shadow look...she somehow understood gold into dark brown. While having to remove my eyeshadow to redo it the right way, she damaged my eyelashes that I had just gotten done two days prior. She was not able to balance her time either, by the time she re did eyeshadow and started my face...we only had 30 minutes left. In those 30 minutes she cakes on foundation even tho we said light. She also was not able to provide the bronze look on my cheeks as discussed. Lastly...she could not do a cat eye with black eyeliner ...she made them very thick and not straight. We were not able to do lips either. In the end I had to remove half my face make up...add a slight blush and I had to fix the black eye liner. I had to remind her several times that I had to get dressed and leave for my event, she’s not time conscious or a skilled artist. Unfortunately I would not recommend. I did my best to accommodate her, offered her water inside my place—we had lots of space and no distractions. I am not sure what the issue was besides she just does not have the skill set to do make up and comprehend what a client is asking for. Truly unfortunate—-I did my best to fix up the mess on my face and make it to the restaurant for my birthday party not too late.

Apologize, this client **DID NOT** allow me to finish my work. I continue to try to help her fix the issue & she was complaining for no reason & she didn't want to pay. I did my best job to complete her look xoxo

Rating on Hannah’s professionalism and not on her work. She canceled on me at 7:44am the same day as my 4pm make up appointment for a special occasion. The reason was due to rain even though it was no longer raining when she texted me. Cancelling on such last minute notice without finding a proper back up replacement for me is extremely unprofessional, stressful, and just plain unkind. I was scrambling all morning during work hours to find another MUA and ended up having to also pay more due to the short notice.
