- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Single sessions start at $100. Discounts can be applied if investing into a program of 8 or more sessions. Half Due Upfront Half Due Before Your 5th Session!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Get to know your goals and why they are your goals. Find out about any past/current injuries. Assess movements to see about any weakness and/or imbalances. Write the program that works best for you and your goals. Follow through with consistency.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Focus Personal Training Institute (Master Course), where I earned my certificate in personal training after 600 hours of hands on training. I also have my certification in National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) CPT. Along with that I am certified in Adult CPR/AED and Child CPR through the American Red Cross.
