- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I suggest an initial phone consultation once a client is interested. This will start the relationship, so I can get the necessary details needed for the project. I offer professional advice regarding production needs and technical information. Once we agree on the project - I typically send a transparent estimate for the work I plan on providing. This includes potential dates, services, gear and rates. If the project is scheduled more than 14 days from the initial consultation - I require a deposit to hold the date. This secures our production to avoid scheduling conflicts.
