Ari responded very promptly to my inquiry for a bathroom sink and faucet installation. He was very responsive and came to my home to take a look at the job, explained what needed to be done as what I thought was a simple installation was a tad bit more involved. He provided me with a quote and his availability. With no pressure for commitment. I decided to go with him and could not be happier. He showed up, took his time and did his job thoroughly, explaining and demonstrating as he went without rushing the process. He made sure the job site was clean and spotless and he did a walkthrough and had me verify that there were no leaks before he left. Job well done. Thank Ari.

Ari replied to my message right away and showed up on the dot. After assessing the situation (and draining the sink, tightening sockets, etc.), he explained that he could not fix the problem on his own and without specialized equipment. Rather than an attempting a quick or incomplete fix and taking my money, he was upfront, and even said I didn't owe him anything! I was so grateful for his honesty, I paid him for his time willingly! I will definitely call on Ari again.

Nothing but good things to say. Ari gave me an immediate quote, then showed up exactly when he said he would, in the timeframe we needed. He replaced two toilets. Both ended up requiring more work (we bought a toilet that didn’t fit, and one needed a valve moved). It did end up being more than originally thought, but it was an extremely fair price and he spent so long here making sure we had everything perfect. I am so thrilled!
