Nothing but good things to say. Ari gave me an immediate quote, then showed up exactly when he said he would, in the timeframe we needed. He replaced two toilets. Both ended up requiring more work (we bought a toilet that didn’t fit, and one needed a valve moved). It did end up being more than originally thought, but it was an extremely fair price and he spent so long here making sure we had everything perfect. I am so thrilled!

Ari was extremely responsive and very detail-oriented in explaining both the problem and the solution. He took care to keep his work area spotless before starting and left everything just as clean when he was finished. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I would absolutely work with him again in the future if any issues arises.
