I was a Superintendent of a 12 story commercial building in Manhattan! I've dealt with dozens vendors and contractors and Frank from Fast and Serious Pipe repair has been my best experience ever! Can't say enough about Frank and how courteous he was. I was about to purchase a new water valve until Frank said it was probably just the rubber ring.
He even replaced the fill value for me.

We had a couple of issues (basement water pressure leak and no heat on one of our floors) emerging in our home and Frank promptly responded on Thumbtack. He was here within 12 hours and did a thorough analysis of the problems. He was able to find the solution and fix the problem within 1.5 hours. I appreciate his responsiveness and the fact that he was able to solve the problem.

Frank responded very quickly to my initial request for a plumber. He was very professional and gave me an accurate estimate. This was for a clogged drain in a small deli. He was very thorough and completed the job satisfactorily. I had a follow-up question and when I called him, he answered. He is very accessible. I will definitely use him again for any plumbing issue I have.
