The plumber from 3 brothers plumbing came to my home to install my toilet. He was very professional and efficient most importantly got the job done.He diagnosed the problem and with in an hour he was finished.It was perfect. I will definitely use their services again if we need them and refer them to friends and family. Thank you

My kid dropped a pencil in the toilet and it was getting blocked. I hired Three brothers to fix it. They were excellent with communication and showed up on time. However the issue was not really fixed, the toilet started getting blocked again. They did not respond to the request to fix it. I would have been happy to pay them additional for the next trip, however they went silent. I had to hire another plumber who removed the pencil.

Hello Dhiraj sorry you felt we left you on no response but unfortunately we had to deaths in the family we were closed. We do apologize you felt we left you on non response. I’m sorry your issues reoccurred literally a month later and we couldn’t get to you. We do love working with you we would have never left you with no response. If we had to come back out we would of did it for no charge due to the fact we do appreciate your business and we had a great communication.We did how ever send out follow ups on 10/30 which you never responded to. We still have the text we send with that being said we figure everything was ok. We send out follow up two weeks after job is complete so if there’s any issues or need anything else we will provide it. Once again sorry for your inconvenience but you was contacted every job we provide services to that week was contacted two weeks later for a follow up. Thank you for contacting Three Brothers Plumbing sorry we were closed last week due to family emergency…. Have a blessed day
