We take each event very personal. There is always communication from our office to the on site staff. While it's a cliche, "we do aim to please!"" Each event is different. We meet all types of personalities. We love hosting and visiting private homes.

Scarborough Fare was great to work with. I was planning a catered event at my mother’s home for her 90th birthday. John worked with us on the menu and gave me helpful suggestions. The food was all great. Everyone complimented it. There was also the attention to the special touches for a birthday cake for my mother. They came in advance of the event and did a walk-through to figure out logistics for setting up tables and chairs and the buffet which was very helpful. The two individuals who worked at the event as the food server and the bartender were very courteous and helpful and beyond that attentive to anticipating our needs. The price was very fair. From my end in terms of organizing this from far away, it was a very low stress interaction which was much appreciated. I was able to relax and enjoy the event with family and friends. Also, the event extended 2 hours beyond what we signed up for and the staff kindly consented to stay longer so that the guests could continue to enjoy themselves. All in all we were very pleased and would highly recommend Scarborough Fare.

Scarborough Fair catered a wonderful engagement party for my son and his fiancee that was held in our home. The food was outstanding and the servers were skilled and attentive. I was thoroughly delighted!

We have used Scarborough Fair catering both professionally and personally. Our neighborhood civic association has used them for numerous events and the prices are always fair, the food is always great and the service is always outstanding. The same goes for any of the times we have used them for personal parties/events. Our favorite is hiring them to cook and cater for small dinner parties. The chef cooks the food directly in our kitchen - the food is wonderful and it is so luxurious!

As a last minute thought on a Sunday afternoon I called Scarborough Fair to "hopefully" place an order for a luncheon for 8 on the following Tuesday.On Monday morning I was contacted about what I wanted and after a brief discussion with John Byrne the menu was set. All foods arrived beautifully prepared at the appointed time on Tuesday and enjoyed by my guests at our celebration. As always John came through with my last minute request...no stone was left unturned. Great service as always whether it be for a luncheon for 8 or a cocktail party for 30!

John is very easy to work with and extremely accomodating. The food always pleases the crowd and the price is more than fair for what you receive. Great staff assists in serving party needs. SF makes hosting a party a piece of cake!
