What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Proposals for Vacant Staging are complimentary; just provide access to the property and I will do a walk through on my own to take measurements, notes and photos. For both Occupied Staging as well as my design services, the initial consultation is $375 for up to 2 hours and $175 for each additional hour. During the consultation we'll have a hands-on discussion for a room-by-room action plan and a checklist of priorities. Please visit the services tab on the website to schedule your service!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to ready a property for sale, Deirdre starts the process with a home consultation during which she will assess, make recommendations and help both Sellers and Real Estate Sales Professionals begin the process of transforming the home into a market-ready property. We provide a bespoke, white-glove service with curated designs,and require signed contract at least 10 days prior to Staging Day.

Merrow Staging & Design was founded by Deirdre Dugan, a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in managing luxury residential construction projects. Her background in high-end design and project management shaped her belief that luxury is as much about the experience as the final look.
