What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our pricing includes disinfecting services and a satisfaction guarantee. Our prices may not be as low as another company and we accept that, we realized throughout the years you cannot but a price on the intangibles and the value that you receive from us no matter the service you book will leave you 100% satisfied.
We currently offer a "Thumbtack introductory client discount", essential workers get a 10% discount and senior citizens get a 10% as well.....and if you're wondering yes they can be combined :)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We adapt to each customer's preferences but ideally we'd like to start with an introductory phone or video call. Get to know the home or unit we'll be cleaning and our clients. With the large pandemic upon us we utilize this time to break the ice, perform any temperature checks as another confirmation and provide comfort to our clients.
