I don't know where to begin! I have never seen a team of plumbers work so relentlessly and not give up until they solved the problem! My tub drain was not working. They insisted on tryng anything and everything! They came three times until they could f very igure out how to fix what seemed easy at first, a very complex problem. They were all very responsive and in contact with me throughout this challenging issue. I have never seen such dedication to get a job done and never give up until it was fixed. I would use them for any plumbing issue with no hesitation! They are all very honest and do not over charge in any way.
Details: No, repair is not urgent • Only one drain has issues • Slow draining • Condo/Apartment

Julio from Quality Drain cleaning&heating arrived on time and did a very good job fixing the stuck stopper part on my sink. He replaced the part that did not work and he explained everything about the job very well. He was very professional and had a nice personality. He gave me good advice on my shower drain too. I highly recommend this company and Julio ! I will definitely call them again when needed.

Great experience. The assigned contractor was excellent. He definitely is an expert in this area. He was able to educate us on how best to properly care for the garbage disposal system. He also observed we were missing a GFI for safety reasons. Above satisfaction
