I love the Henry David Thoreau quote to “go confidently in the direction of your dreams!” But what if you’re not exactly sure what that dream is or if you do, you're asking yourself how do I get there . . . confidently. As a public speaking coach and consultant with over 20 years of experience I have helped men and women using specific tools and strategies that assist in creating a clear roadmap. My 5 Element System for clear, authentic, confident communication is key in every life endeavor, whether you’re giving a presentation, contemplating a career pivot, wrestling with challenging relationships (family, work, friends), want to feel more confident, are overwhelmed with parenthood, caregiving, or an 'out of whack’ work/life balance or just restless with the status quo, my role is to help you create and navigate a life map with clear actionable steps for a successful outcome. Using a holistic model I integrate the various tools I have learned along the way as an educator, public speaking coach, professional actor, mindfulness practitioner, workshop leader and mother.
