    It's not unusual for me to plan 10-15 events throughout the year, I've dealth with many caterers, event space coordinators not to mention party promoters. Terry Perdikis was the first to sell me on a product before I had the chance to test/taste it and he lived up to his promise to deliver delicious food. The food arrived ontime and everyone loved it! By the end of the night, all of my guest kept saying "I wish Uncle Jimmy was my uncle" and I kept telling them "tonight, he is". DELICIOUS!

    Uncle Jimmy's Ribshack is the finest pig-out I've ever had, outside of Austin, Texas, and that's saying something. i still fantasize about Uncle Jimmy's creamed potatoes, lashed with mesquite sauce, alongside the creamed spinach, and the 8 once tenderloin steak. my trips to weight watchers were a dead loss after I discovered Uncle Jimmy's Ribshack, but what the hell, you only live once. Or twice, yes, if the fuse blows on your electric chair, but if it's a final meal your wanting, or any indeed, sweet mother of God, make sure it's from uncle Jimmy's, NYC.


How did you get started doing this type of work?
Came across a great location in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn that was lacking a BBQ restaurant, after some planning decided to open and bring BBQ to the area.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We employ waiters, dishwashers, cooks and cashiers. They are mostly found thru word of mouth but occasionally we will post on craigslist.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Know what you are looking for.. how many people you require food for.. is it high end or low end food?
