Excellent chef, showed up on time and very entertaining while they made our dinner/dessert. Definitely will hire again for the next event!

Showed up on time. Very polite. The food was amazing. As this was our anniversary and I must say it was one amazing experience. I would definitely hire her again. Felt like I was in the Caribbean. Loved the veggie patties and the snapper fish. She even asked to take the garbage out. Even prayed with us during the blessing of the food. 5 stars. God bless this business.

I booked Sands Jerk Hut for a surprise Dinner Party for my wife. The Chef Darlene came early and even helped with setting up. Food was amazing and her personality was infectious. Will definitely book again!
