We continue to have a fantastic experience with Prime Air Group.They replaced our existing Trane water source heat pump (installed in ~ 1996) with the latest version. Initial Outreach: Prime Air Group was the first of all the HVAC companies we reached out to respond to our request for a quote; because we replaced our unit with 2025 model they did not need to come out for a consult Quote/Estimate: The estimate they provided was detailed with a breakdown of costs: materials, labor, etc. Pricing: Their pricing was the best by far - about $5K less than the contractor our building recommended; $12K less than another contractor Lead Time: The lead time they quoted us (6-8 weeks) was shorter than other contractors and the install was completed within that time-frame Installation: The contractors that installed the unit were on time, polite, and conscientious (they worked quickly and quietly and cleaned up after they were finished). They also moved our washer/dryer in/out of the closet where our AC unit is installed Great Communication: From the initial quote to installation and a post-install service appointment, the team has been incredibly responsiveOur old unit was installed in 1996 and it was time to replace it. We vetted 8+ HVAC contractors before moving forward with Prime Air Group. It was a particularly big decision as the other units in our condo have their HVAC serviced by another provider. (We initially intended to go with the building's provider -- but they reneged on the original price they quoted us and came back $3K higher, and were generally just rude.)Prime Air Group's customer service has been responsive and helpful from the beginning. Their pricing is hands-down the best we were quoted and the install was a breeze. 5/5

Wow. What a terrific experience. My Mitsubishi split unit was just installed by the nicest, most professional, knowledgeable, caring, and punctual group of workers I have ever dealt with. And at a sharp price, as well. Plus they left my house cleaner than how they found it, sweeping up and wiping the walls. Highly recommended!
