My goal is quality. First, when negotiationg with the costumer it's always important to get the information about the square feet for the system installation. After provided information we choose the best possible option with the customer. During the 48 hours we send the proposal, in case of agreement we start working as soon as possible. After finishing our work we make inspection with the customer and when we get sure that the system works properly that's when we finish our duties.

had a very positive experience working with Zurab and his team. They were punctual, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Zurab is genuinely one of the most honest and friendliest people Ive met in the A/C business here in NY. He recently installed a new 24000btu Daikin mini split in my apartment, kept me informed and updated every step of the way. Helped in purchasing the new unit. Reasonably priced and overall a surprisingly headache and stress free process from start to end. Highly recommend.
