Hired them to fix/replace a decade old Heater burner for my restaurant on the Lower East Side. They contacted me right away after inquiry submission and went to the site for inspection. They ordered a new burner after finding out that the old unit could no longer work. The other firm I used before them had me spend a lot of money for trying to fix the old unit to no avail. They ordered the new unit from abroad and instead of waiting for 5 weeks to deliver, they pushed supplier to get it my facility in less than that because the weather was getting cold. And of course they got it fixed upon delivery and worked around the timing of the restaurant operating hours. They started working on it at 4am and finished before we opened. Very good at communicating and promptly responding. Clear plan of action and not shady with pricing. Very reasonable for the level of service and professionalism and competence. They’re my new favorite guys to maintaining our HVAC system. You will never find anyone better in the City, if you’d ask me. Hire them now!
