Square Foot HVAC recently came out to clean my 15-year-old Fujitsu Mini-Split system. They were friendly and took the time to explain and show me everything they were doing. During the cleaning, they noticed the system was almost completely out of refrigerant and were able to refill it. Now the AC is finally producing cold air. I would use them again and recommend them to others!

We hired David and Adam of Square Foot HVAC to install heat pump mini splits in our home. After interviewing multiple contractors, their deliberate and conscientious approach convinced me they were the right people for the job! During the consult they pointed out things and steered us towards decisions that others had glossed over - we had slight preferences for some things that other contractors simply agreed to, whereas these guys explained that they COULD install things as we described, but gave thorough and convincing explanations as to why they recommended against it. Our house is old, and without floor plans or a blueprint, some of the work involved cutting into walls to see what exactly was inside and how all the necessary lines could be run. At every step of the way, we were kept in the loop, given agency to make decisions, and had all our questions answered patiently and explained in ways that we could understand. They completed the work quickly and we are thrilled with our new HVAC system! We will be hiring them again for maintenance in the future, and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely great experience. Explained everything that was happening along the way, no surprise fees or costs. Very transparent and honest, I could’ve waited to have some of my hvac work done, but once he pointed out how crazy the beach weather by us affects my outdoor intake fans, we went for a full service. Appreciate it!

I had a great experience with this SquareFoot HVAC service. They were incredibly thorough from start to finish, taking the time to clean everything properly and ensure the system was running at peak efficiency. What really stood out was how each step was explained and made sure I understood how everything was working.

They didn’t rush the job and were very detail-oriented, which gave me a lot of confidence in their work. They also respectfully followed my no-shoes-in-the-house rule, which I really appreciated.

During the service, he ran into a small issue but immediately took ownership and made sure it would be fully fixed this level of professionalism is rare. On top of that, he carefully put all of my furniture back exactly as it was, even rehanging wall décor, which was completely above and beyond and not something everyone takes the time to do correctly.

It’s clear they take pride in what they do. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional HVAC service.
