Absolutely great experience. Explained everything that was happening along the way, no surprise fees or costs. Very transparent and honest, I could’ve waited to have some of my hvac work done, but once he pointed out how crazy the beach weather by us affects my outdoor intake fans, we went for a full service. My nest thermostat was sending me error messages and square foot HVAC was quick to come over and put a temporary thermostat while I order a new one. They also identified an issue with the inducer fan so they went to go find me a replacement. They also changed out the filters on the first visit. Everything was done within a week, despite there being a snowstorm over the weekend. I really appreciate the quick responses from the team and they answered all my questions. Very respectful and efficient. I will definitely use them next time if I need to change out the heater system.
