FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the scope of work, access, material condition, and time required. I focus on proper repairs, not temporary fixes. I do not compete on the lowest price and do not offer discounts for rushed or low-quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I review photos and a short description of the problem. 2. I confirm material type (steel/iron only) and location. 3. I define the scope and expectations (repair vs. replacement). 4. I schedule a visit and complete the work on-site when possible. 5. I test functionality, finish cleanly, and confirm the result with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is practical and job-based. I have extensive hands-on experience with metal repairs, structural reinforcement, and on-site welding work. I focus on safe, clean welds, solid fit-up, and durable results.
