From beginning to the end, Ruel had been responsive and communicated well. We had 2 light fixtures replaced (integrated LED to 3-light dome light and a bathroom exhaust fan/light). Both were replaced within an hour and functioning well. He was professional, efficient, prepared, and personable. I will definitely be calling him for future projects.
