1st off Charlie reached out right away and drove 1hr the next day to give us an estimate. We loved his demeanor and straight forwardness about our project. He even told us to get several estimates outside of his, this was a very professional way of doing business and made us very confident that he would be our choice. He was on time getting here, worked all day, cleaned up and showed us what was done and how everything worked.
