Mike is great! He is an old school pest technician. Most companies tell you to take preventative measures before they apply pesticides because the chemicals are expensive so they don't want to apply them. It makes them more money. I have a 5,000 sq/ft facility that operates 20 hours a day some things are just out of your control. I have a lot more knowledge about pest control because my family owned a pest control company in Texas, so I'm harder to push over. I know how the big companies operate. They give crappy service spray very little chemical and tell you to be cleaner, this is New York!!!!! I went through 5 companies within a year all sucked a was desperate randomly dialed mike he came we talked.... I told him my past and my needs my faculty needed, and the rest is history. I love him he comes twice a month, calls to check up on things, and is constantly trying to find new products that will do a better job. Good work, good customer service, and good results is kind of like finding a unicorn... Just doesn't happen. Mike is my unicorn, and I can't say enough good things about him!!!

Great experience working with Mike Kosovsky. He is very professional and reliable, simply the best. Don't waste your time with other companies M&K has over 30 years experience. He resolved my mouse infestation in two visits. It has been 10 months and I have not had any issues!
