Chris responded on Saturday night and came to our house to fix the boiler Sunday morning. He replaced the thermocouple and also did a full maintenance and cleaning. Job was done quickly with full explanations along the way. Great experience, will be calling him for future annual maintenance!

Horrible service. Day of he was 90 minutes late from the agreed upon arrival time. When i texted to check where he was he says he is in the area but cannot find parking (there is a large parking garage across the street from my building and commercial vehicle parking on my street and the two adjacent blocks. When i told him ok he then asked to reschedule the service for later in the week. Its just unacceptable to schedule a service weeks in advance for the provider to never show up and be so unreliable after committing to a service and a date. Now i would have to rearrange my day time/working hours to accommodate his laziness. Do not hire.

Chris did a fantastic job replacing our old AC at our co-op NYC apt with a new one. We could tel that he had great expertise and kept us in the loop on why and what he was doing so we understood it. He seemed very trust worthy. I would definitely use him for future work.
