Chris did a fantastic job replacing our old AC at our co-op NYC apt with a new one. We could tel that he had great expertise and kept us in the loop on why and what he was doing so we understood it. He seemed very trust worthy. I would definitely use him for future work.

Chris is really knowledgeable, professional and responsive. Based on his reviews, I engaged him to restore heat to our apartment. After the initial diagnosis (bad water pump) and fix, another issue arose. Chris returned promptly to evaluate and to problem solve (bleeder value). Ultimate, it was an issue that was not due to his work. Regardless of cause, he fixed the issue and got the system up and running. I would absolutely recommend Chris if you need someone to maintain and/or fix your heating and cooling system. He combines top notch technical knowledge with a level of responsiveness and professionalism that should give you comfort that he will find and resolve your system's issue.

Chris was great! He came by the same day to fix the issue with our boiler (we didn’t have any heat). He explained everything he was doing and showed me what the issue was. He was very thorough with everything, and took all COVID precautions. Was upfront about the pricing before he came over as well which I appreciated. Issue was fixed quickly and I now know what to keep an eye on should something pop up again. If I have bigger jobs or need anything I’ll definitely be giving Chris a call, thank you!

Chris responded on Saturday night and came to our house to fix the boiler Sunday morning. He replaced the thermocouple and also did a full maintenance and cleaning. Job was done quickly with full explanations along the way. Great experience, will be calling him for future annual maintenance!
