- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the project or client I charge a standard fee as a base rate, if traveling out of the metro area the client is responsible for reimbursement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I assure them the utmost professionalism and it also depends on the client's needs, being that the moment they hire me, I aim to please their needs according to the application they want. I walk them through what to expect days leading up to the day of the application and provide all information that maybe asked of me.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started freelancing in 2007 and i had been learning prior to that.
