What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have three trademark packages ranging in pricing from $249 for the Basic package to $699 for the Safe package, plus filing fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client takes a look at my price sheet and FAQ on my website. If they have additional questions, they ask me. When they decide to hire me, they do so through the form on my website.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Northwestern University School of Law on a full scholarship. I am licensed in New York and Washington, D.C. as an attorney.
