Greg was did a great job. He was on time, very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He helped me understand what to do better when I'm fixing things on my own, as I tend to be pretty handy. My mom was giving him a hard time, unnecessarily, (she can be difficult sometimes), but handled the situation well. I'll make sure she is not around next time, lol.
