- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every quote is based on a free on-site walkthrough, not a flat online estimate, since lot size, layout, and existing paint condition all affect cost. Commercial and multi-lot clients get volume pricing. No hidden fees; what we quote is what you pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a site visit to measure the lot, check pavement condition, and go over any ADA or code requirements. From there we send a written quote within 24-48 hours. Once approved, we schedule around your business hours to minimize disruption and confirm timing a few days out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands-on trained in layout, striping, and sealcoating application, including ADA-compliant parking design and municipal code requirements. We stay current on state and local striping regulations so every job passes inspection the first time.
