Went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Patched up several exposed areas behind stove and fridge and fixed a few bothersome items like a hanging cabinet door and broken toilet paper holder. Very thorough. Will hire again.

I hired KaiProService to remove damaged sheetrock from my hallway and open several areas so my plumber and electrician could gain access. I had been dealing with mice, roaches, sewer flies, and a terrible sewage odor in my home, but I could not figure out where everything was coming from.
While opening the wall, he did not rush the job. He took his time because he was unsure what was behind it and wanted to make sure everything was done correctly. Whenever he discovered something, he called me over, explained it, and showed it to me. Behind the wall, we found a large open sewer pipe. I was shocked because I had no idea such a big opening was back there. He even helped me stuff and temporarily block the opening so pests could no longer crawl into my home while I waited for the plumber.
He and his crew also removed the water-damaged sheetrock from my basement hallway walls and ceiling. Water had been coming in from the porch above, and behind the sheetrock, there was mold and a lot of debris. There were also several layers of sheetrock, so the job was more involved than it originally appeared.
They also opened the wall where my electrician needed access. The electrician needed to locate the main electrical feed coming into the house so he could determine how to update the electrical box and whether it needed to be relocated outside. KaiProService carefully opened the correct area and found the main electrical feed.
They did a clean and wonderful job. Everything I asked them to demolish, they completed. They removed all the debris, cleaned the area, and hauled everything away. They were also generous enough to take some additional items I needed to throw out without asking me for more money.
Their price was reasonable, and I did not feel overcharged. I gave them something extra because I appreciated the additional work and knew that dumping costs are based on weight. They do wonderful work. I have a lot more renovations to complete in my house, and I will definitely hire them again.

I hired them to build a new drywall partition and install a pocket door, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! The craftsmanship is top-notch. The drywall finish is completely seamless, and the pocket door glides perfectly smoothly. He was professional, efficient, and left the workspace spotless.
